At Role Play Kids, we want to make sure your beautiful handmade cotton play tents, sit-in cars, and play mats arrive at your doorstep quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you will find our detailed shipping rates, processing times, and cancellation options.


1. Shipping Coverage & Processing Times

  • United States & Canada: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada directly from our fulfillment warehouse in Plainfield, Indiana. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
  • International & Bulk Orders: Custom corporate, wholesale, and bulk orders may ship directly from our export and design facility in New Delhi, India. Processing times for these orders vary depending on the scope of production.

2. Shipping Rates & Heavy-Item Surcharges

To keep things simple, we offer Fixed Rate Shipping across our standard catalogs. However, because our premium play tents are constructed with robust frames and premium, heavy-weight cotton canvas, some larger structural items require special handling.

  • Standard Shipments: Shipped at our standard fixed flat-rates visible during your checkout process.
  • Heavy/Oversized Shipments: Selected large playhouses and heavy activity items may incur an additional heavy-item handling surcharge. This charge will be clearly calculated and displayed at your checkout screen before payment is processed.

3. Shipment Tracking & Logistics Updates

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), you will receive an automated email confirmation containing a unique tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans on their network.

4. Cancellations & Edits

We begin processing and packing your orders almost immediately to ensure fast delivery times.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or request edits to your order within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, please email us immediately at care@roleplaykids.com or text our support line with your Order Number.
  • After 1 Hour: Once an order is processed, packaged, or loaded onto a transport truck, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. If the order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and process it as a standard return.
