Wholesale Program Guidelines
1. Authorized Retail Channels
To protect our brand equity and the margins of our independent retailers, Role Play Kids products may only be sold on the retailer's proprietary website or within physical brick-and-mortar stores. Reselling on third-party online marketplaces—including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay.com, and Walmart Marketplace—is strictly prohibited. All items must be sold in their original, brand-approved packaging.
2. Payment and Invoicing
At this time, Role Play Kids does not extend open credit terms or net terms. All wholesale orders must be accompanied by credit card payment in full at the time of purchase. Orders will enter processing and shipment queues immediately upon receipt of cleared funds.
3. Shipping Policies
We ship all wholesale orders on a "collect" basis. The retail partner is responsible for preparing and providing valid shipping labels or a Bill of Lading (BOL) to our Indiana fulfillment warehouse prior to dispatch.
4. Returns, Warranties, and Claims
Wholesale orders are considered final with no standard returns. Any claims regarding damaged, short-shipped, or defective merchandise must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of shipment receipt. If a structural or manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of sale to a retail customer, we will work closely with your team to find a fair, rapid resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative play designs, toy structures, product photography, trademarks, logos, and digital branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Role Play Kids LLC and its manufacturing parent. Approved retail partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets for the sole purpose of promoting and selling our products on approved platforms.
